To make a group booking reservation please call Be Mine to check availability and then place a deposit to guarantee your booking. We do not hold tentative group bookings, all group bookings are confirmed once we receive your deposit.

All private functions and reservations at Be Mine Bar and Restaurant are subject to the following Terms and Conditions: 

TERMS and CONDITIONS

1] $200 deposit for the private function is required 7 days prior to the function date unless other special arrangements have been made.

2] If a group booking cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance of your function date your reservation deposit will be refunded less a 5% handling fee to cover transaction processing. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the time of the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited.

3] A deposit is non-refundable if the party fails to appear for the reservation. For a private function booking we will not hold reservations for more than 30 minutes past reserved time.

4] Final number of guests attending a private function is required more than 7 days prior to the function date. The number of guests given at this time will be regarded as the minimum number of guests attending and you will be charged accordingly.

5] For groups over 6 people it is required you choose from one of our function menus. The maximum size of a group booking when the whole restaurant is not hired is 14 persons.

6] Be Mine is a licensed restaurant, we therefore generally do not allow BYO. Beverages may be purchased on consumption or you may select a 'beverage package' to suit your budget.

7] One person must be responsible for the booking and all payments. The balance of account for a group is to be settled by a single payment on departure unless other arrangements have been made.

8] In the event of cancellation by Be Mine all relevant monies paid to us will be refunded in full.

9] Customer will receive an email receipt once a deposit transaction is made. Please note that the transaction will list FasFind as the vendor not Be Mine Bar and Restaurant.
